Tim Dougherty began his career with Alpha West Marketing in the fall of 1983. Tim joined Ron Dawes and his marketing group after a four-year experience at Hayward Pool Products. Tim was the regional manager for Hayward's sales efforts in the western USA and the Canadian west. Tim was responsible for sales and marketing efforts on OEM spa and bath products. Tim is currently responsible for direct sales efforts in northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Tim recently received national awards for his sales accomplishments for Alpha West Marketing. Tim and Paul share management responsibilities for the operations of Alpha West and their sales force. Tim currently holds a B.A.degree in Design and Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
